Initial Diagnostic Evaluation for New Patients (In-Person or Telehealth)

At your first visit, a comprehensive interview will be conducted by your clinician, followed by a discussion about your diagnosis and treatment options. This visit is typically 50-60 minutes. FOR CHECK-IN, PLEASE ALLOT TIME FOR PAPERWORK 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME.

Follow-Up Evaluation for Established Patients (In-Person or Telehealth)

Follow-Up Evaluation for Established Patients (In-Person or Telehealth) Subsequent visits are generally shorter (20-30 minute) sessions which focus on the status of your condition, response (or lack of response) to treatments, side effects (if any), and barriers to recovery. FOR CHECK-IN, PLEASE ALLOT TIME FOR PAPERWORK 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME.

TMS Motor Threshold Procedure (In-Person Only)

A typical "TMS Course" consists of 1 session per day, 5 sessions per week, for 7-8 weeks, for a total of 36-39 sessions. In some cases, the total session count may vary.

During the first of these sessions, called the TMS Motor Threshold Procedure, the doctor will determine the proper target location and "dosage" for your TMS course. Your very first TMS Treatment Session will also be included as part of this first session. Total procedure time is 50-60 minutes.

Note: This procedure may need to be repeated at times, in order to ensure that the MT value remains accurate throughout your TMS course.

TMS Treatment Session

(In-Person Only)

From the second session onward, TMS Treatment Sessions will typically be much shorter, 18-20 minutes for standard one-sided protocols. However, procedure times may vary, based on individual patient needs and always at the doctor's discretion.
